Easter

Ac couple of days before Easter the kids went over to Michele's to dye Easter eggs. Kody and Jadelyn had a blasted making a messy and seeing how many different colors they could put an egg in.

 

 

 

For Easter we went to Kyle's parents house.  Michele has an Easter egg hunt for them.  Kody thought it was fun and the girls enjoyed themselves.

Kyle is a hit with the kids.  We hear screams of laughter when he gets all the kids going.

Jadelyn's Birthday

I am almost a month late for blogging about Jadelyn's birthday. Poor kid there is not much to write about.  The day before Jadelyn caught a stomach bug and was not back to herself on her birthday.  Kyle was sick too.  So we stayed home and just all hung out and watched movies.  Hopefully soon we will do something fun for her birthday!

Cousin time

My mom decided to take as many cousins she possible could to the Children's Museum in Palm Springs. It was a fun today, seeing all of them play and hang out together. It is nice to have the older cousins play with my kids. At the end of the play we went to see Mckenna play a soccer game.

For the past 2 years we celebrate the kids birthday together. We choose a day in between their birthdays.

Kody loved opening gifts.  After he had open several he started grabbing his things and putting them in a pile away from every one.  Wish I got a picture of it because it was funny!

 

Thanks Auntie Kim of this shirt.  It is one of his favorites.  He loves the cape!  He always get comments about how other people love it too.

 

Jadelyn loves her new fadora. She wears it all the time.

Her cousins got her the dress and had one herself.  Jadelyn was so excited to match!

 

No family event is complete with Kyle around unless there is a game of baseball.  That is why he gets called Uncle Baseball

Grandma Gail finally got her Christmas presents of all the grand kids hand prints and Jadelyn got an apron!  She wanted to be just like Grandma!

It was a great day to celebrate two wonderful kids.And to have family and friends over to join in our celebration.  WOW!  Still can't get over how fast they grow up into amazing kids!

This time Kyle would roll them up in a carpet and then unroll it.  It was full of laughter and asking for more

 

 

 

My Mom got the kids accessories for the playhouse.  That night when Kyle got home in the rain they when outside to put some of them up. The kids love the play house even more!!!

 

 

Kody's Birthday

I can't believe that Kody is 2! The time has gone by so fast.

Can you believe I am 2!?!

They were so excited to pet the goats and sheep at the petting zoo.  I had been hearing about it for days before we went.

The hippo was active and more around.  It was fun to sit and watch it.  We got tons of pictures from Kody using my camera and Jadelyn taking her own pictures. 

 

 

 

 

So cute. I made a zoo bingo for us to do and Jadelyn had fun looking for the animals.

 

 Overall it was a great day.  It was so much fun to see Kody enjoying and loving the animals.  Jadelyn was a little shutter bug.
