Trains

This past weekend there were trains showcased again at the station here. Jadelyn loves trains. She loves it when we go and look at them.  Kody loves being out and seeing everything.

The horses were Jadelyn's favorite part of the day.  She went up and talked to the officers and pet the horses.  She was telling us their names for the next hour and how she got a sticker from them.

Since Kyle had last week off, we went down to the zoo Friday for a fun family day! The weather was wonderful. Jadelyn is getting better knowing her animals. Kody on the other hand just loves them. He stands there, points and says "dah" with excitement over and over again!

Playhouse

Kyle has been talking about getting a playhouse since we moved into our house over 3 years ago.  Every spring when they were at Costco Kyle could take the kids over to would look and dream of having our own.  Costco had it on sale and we bought it.  Are we crazy or what?!  Kyle had only weekends to put it together and it was taking some time.  He took this week to get somethings done like the playhouse.  It is finally finished.  The kids have been loving it.

Jadelyn's birthday

Wow I can't believe that I haven't blogged about my special girl birthday.  On Jadelyn's birthday Kyle had to work so the kids and I went to Chick fil a with Grandma Gail and some friends for a fun time.  Aunt Kris gave the kids a gift card and Jadelyn went over to the store to pick out some clothes all by herself.  She is wearing the dress she picked out in the pictures below.  She sure does have some fashion sense.  She saw Grandma Michele while out.  It was a fun birthday.
The next day Kyle had off so we went to the zoo.  Oh what fun the kids had.  Running around, seeing the animals.  It was the first time for Kody and he loved it!

The butterfly garden there was so cool.  They would come up and land on you. Jadelyn was scared at first but then was so excited when on landed on her. She did not realize it until we told her
