Dad's vacation part 1

Kyle took a vacation last week, since the volume of work was low. The weather went from windy to rainy to brilliant blue skies and warm weather. Kyle decided to enjoy his first day off with his little girl... so he took her for a drive up and down the driveway. She was laughing hysterically as the car chugged along.
This driving thing sure takes a lot of concentration
Jadelyn only army crawls to get from one place to the next and only if it is needed. She is ready to move on to bigger and better things... walking like everyone else.
Look at me I am a big girl now!
Do you always have to be in my face Mom? It is hard to see.

Catching up

After a week of having the stomach bug, Jadelyn is back to being herself! Thanks for all the prayers. We are now trying to get back to our daily schedule.

Last Thursday, she was throw up free so we spent time outside and enjoyed the sun. Yippee!!

(This bow is from Auntie Carlee. Jadelyn loves going out and about with it. She gets so many compliments and comments, she eats it up. )

Saturday was my Dad’s 60th birthday. We had the celebration at our place with a BBQ, dessert and family. What a great time.

Mckenna is great with her little cousin, so loving. A wonderful girl. Jadelyn loves her big cousins. They are so cute.

Sunday, Kyle did some yard work and pulled out another palm tree stump with the help of a wonderful neighbor. I will have to do a post on all the hard work he has done and how different the yard looks. I can't wait for the finished product!

Later that day we had the pleasure of seeing Kyle’s sister, her husband and kids. What a fantastic time. We have been trying to get a picture of all three girl cousins for awhile and it sure has been hard. Still trying to get a good one.

A cute picture of us girls.

(Another one of Jadelyn's headbands that brings her attention)

All relaxed!

Jadelyn loves yogurt. After being sick it was one of the few things that she would eat. In a 24 hour period she ate a whole tub of yogurt...2 lbs!!! She must of been making up for lost weight.

Sick:(

Sorry that I have not blogged in a few days. Jadelyn has the stomach flu. I have been cleaning up throw up and poop for the last week. I have had at least one on me everyday for the last week. The poor washer and dryer have been running almost non-stop for the last week. But our laundry has been piling up.
The last two days I have been seeing my happy, cheerful little girl returning. I hope in the next few days I will have a health little girl again. Then maybe we can do something fun and send out pictures of our adventures.

Sledding

Last week we went up to my parents house to enjoy a nice and relaxing day. The cousins begged us to go sledding with them. How could we resist so much fun. Jadelyn even got in on the action.

I just love this one of all of their faces!
My turn next!
Jadelyn loved sledding!
Having so much fun!

Sledding cuties!
Daddy and his sledding buddy!
