The things the kids ask for in summer time - updated

It was raining here one day and the kids asked to get showered outside in the rain. So we told them they could. Shampoo and body wash in all

The same week it started raining while we were eating and the kids asked to have umbrellas while they eat.  So they finished eating with umbrellas!

They also asked for Popsicle.  Not the warmest day but they sure did eat them, while at least Jadelyn did.

The kids found the fort kit they had and wanted to play.  We came up with the idea to sleep in the fort.

Trista's Birthday - updated

We went down to celebrate Trista's birthday with pool time and fun family hanging out together.

July 4th - updated

This year we were able to make our trip to the Pinnacles on the 4th! We love watching the fireworks from the top and enjoy the company that goes as well. So glad that Gabe, Tim, Ellen, the boys and Danny could all go to.Jadelyn loved having everyone along. She wanted to hold Tim and Ellen's hand and would talk to her cousins. This year Jadelyn walked all the parts she could!!! What a great hiker she is and she did the hard downhill part in the dark!!! What a trooper!

Kody started off strong and only lasted about 1/4 mile.  But he sure was excited to go!

We are already looking forward to next year.  What a great hike, great company and a great way to watch fireworks by yourself!  

Camp Grandma and Grandpa - updated

Back at the beginning of the month my mom was had Gabe and Jules for several days. So we took advantage of having them so close. One night we went up and sent the night and hung out the next day.

 The next day we went on a hike to Heart Rock.

After this Jadelyn stay two more nights hanging out with cousins.  I came back up on day and we went out on the lake.

The next day the cousins and my mom came down to go swimming and bowling!  It was so much fun.

Kody loved throwing diving toys for Gabe to get.  After seeing Gabe in action the next time Jadelyn wanted to do the something!

So much fun bowling.  The kids got better score then I do!

We had such a good time with the kids!  Jadelyn keeps asking when her cousins are coming to Grandma house again.  She wants hangout time with them!

Swim - updated

Jadelyn and her friend Randy did swim lessons at the beginning of summer.
