Summer fun with the Kilgore side

We have has some enjoyable days with family. One day Jadelyn and I headed out to the desert to visit her cousins on vacation. We went to the Children Museum which was fun. There were so many things to do, paint an old VW Bug, play dress up, sit on a police bike, play shopping and so much more. Afterward we went back to their place and went swimming. What a wonderful day.
Jadelyn was concentrating on painting. She absolutely loved it.

Another day we went to hang out at Aunt Christie's and the beach.

Just a few weeks back Grandma and Papa went camping at San Clemente. So we drove down for the day and got to hang out with the cousins again!

Summer with the Russell Cousins

We have enjoyed whatever time we can get with cousins.
Here Jadelyn and I went our to see their new place. We had a wonderful time with them!
Grandma Gail had 3 of the Russell cousins, so we joined them to go berry picking. This is the second year we did this some it might become a tradition. The kids loved it.
Can I have my basket now please?

We rode a tractor up to the berries!

Double trouble
I think I can get it

So cute

Rodeo

There was a rodeo around here and jumped at the chance to go. Kyle took Jadelyn about a year ago and they both loved it. I was looking forward to sharing a fun experience with them. Jadelyn thought the most dangerous things were the best and got the biggest laugh out of them. She enjoyed cheering for the cowboys and cowgirls.

4th of July

For the 4th of July part of my family decided to hike up the Pinnacles to see the fireworks. It was a wonderful day with great company. We made it up in time to watch the sunset too. It was a surprisingly wonderful way to spend the day.

Dodger Game

I am feeling a little overwhelmed with blogging right now. We were without our own computer for about a month and then about another week to get everything up and running. There has been so many fun things that we have done this summer.
For example Kyle's parents took us to a Dodger game for this birthday present in the beginning of June. We had awesome seats. Jadelyn loved it. She was yelling and getting into the game and also wanting to run around and see everything.
Jim knew the starting pitcher for the opposing team the Braves. We gave Jadelyn to say his name and cheer for "Tommy". She still loves saying his name when Papa Jim is cheering for the Braves.
Jadelyn has so much fun that she was up for at least half the car ride home. Almost to midnight. We all had a fun time.
