Mammoth

We love going to Mammoth and finally it was time for us to go. We love going and love that Jim and Michele get to go with us! It is great having there. The kids love it!

We took a trip to Devils Postpile where the kids became Junior rangers

This face tells you all.  He played in the dirty and we could never keep it clean for very long.  He had lots of fun!

Kody would keep going and going.  I would drive him around some times to get him to go to sleep because he would not want to miss a thing.  Kyle finally got him to go to sleep this time.

A little museum we went to.  Jadelyn went in with Michele and then showed me all around.  It was so cute and she was so excited to tell me all about it.

Kody loved being outside.  He loved trying to climb on everything and pick up sticks to.  He wanted to do as much by himself as he could.  Here is face is nice and clean.  In the later pictures he has scraps all over his face and legs.  That did not stop him for doing anything.

A little rain storm we got.  The kids found away to have fun.

We walked to one of the horse stables and the kids got to pet a horse.  The both love horses.  Kody would make a cute horse sound every time we saw a horse.  Jadelyn would want to pet every horse she saw.

Jadelyn loved riding her bike.  We had a nice loop at the campground for her to ride.  Mammoth has some awesome bike paths that Jadelyn would ride her bike on.  She had so much fun.

The last day we took a hike to Heart lake.  It was a farther than the kids could walk so they got a ride.

After a hard day of being in the backpack, ice cream was refreshing

Jim had a boat to go fishing.  Kyle took the kids out of a little ride.  The kids loved it!  There first boat ride.

Jadelyn would wake up each morning with a very happy good morning, until the last day when she asked if this was the last day.  Then she took us she wanted to stay longer.  She can't wait to go camping again and to come back to Mammoth next year.
It was a great time.  It is so much fun for the kids to get outside and have some fun.  The weather was great for the time of year.  All around it was a great trip.
